About me

My name is Heidi Crocker and I am a 32 year old mum of a crazy 2 year old. I have always had a love of jewellery and decided last year to create my own pieces of jewellery and before long Trinkets by Moonlight was underway.

The name Trinkets by Moonlight came about as a result of the times when I get to make most of my jewellery, which is mainly by moonlight once my daughter has gone to bed and I have the chance to relax and put some love and care into each piece I design and make. Its so much nicer to make the jewellery in a quiet environment with the moon shining down on my desk, it means I can really enjoy what I am making and put some real care into it.

I started out just making beaded jewellery but eventually went on to make silver jewellery as well and have since started training as a silversmith which will enable me to create a wider range of jewellery incorporating my love of millefiori glass beads with sterling silver pieces. I like my jewellery to be either colourful and eye catching or simple hammered silver which can really sparkle in the light, overall though I like my jewellery to be fun to wear and to bring enjoyment to the person wearing it.
