Ordering Information

To place your order with Trinkets by Moonlight you will need to register with us before you can place an order. This makes it really simple whenever you want to make purchases with us in the future.

Many of the items are made to order and I always aim to make them as exact to the photo as possible however I feel I should just say that sometimes they may vary ever so slightly to the picture shown.

Each item you order from Trinkets By Moonlight is sent to you in a complimentary exclusive gift box.  If you are buying a gift for a friend or loved one why not take advantage of our gift service and we can send your chosen gift to your friend along with a personalised gift tag all at no extra cost.  Please just email or phone through your message for the gift card.

All orders are sent out first class and the charges are £2.50 per item to anywhere in the UK and £4.50 to the rest of the World.  In the case of made to order or bespoke items please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, however if you do need it sooner than this please just drop me a line and I can see what I can do.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your jewellery you have seven days in which to return it to me for store credit. If it has arrived damaged or faulty you have seven days in which to contact me to arrange a refund/replacement, please keep hold of all packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.  The delivery charge on the original order is non refundable, only in the case of a faulty item.  For all bespoke and made to measure jewellery I can only offer a refund if it is faulty.  I am happy to offer repairs if anything happens to the jewellery you have purchased from me within the first year, although please maintain the conditon of your jewellery by removing when bathing, swimming or undertaking manual or domestic work.

Made to Measure Bangles - How to get your wrist measurements

The easiest way to get your ideal bangle size is to either measure the diameter of an old bangle or do the following.  Place your hand as if you are about to put a bangle on, with your fingers tight together and thumb underneath and measure across the widest part of your hand across your knuckles.  Allow a little bit so the bangle isn't too tight to get over your hands.  Please email me this measurement once you have made your payment.
