Do you have a delivery range?
Sort of. Our HQ is currently located just outside downtown Victoria and we are currently servicing Victoria, James Bay, Rock Bay, most of Oak Bay and the southern part of Central Saanich. But that being said we are taking every order on a case by case basis and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen. If you’re unsure if you’re within our delivery range just reach out and we can let you know!
What type of coffee do you serve?
We are currently serving coffee from Fernwood Coffee, Discovery Coffee, Eleven Speed Coffee and Fix Coffee. You are able to choose from their selection of medium, dark, decaf, or single origin coffees. Please see our Instagram for our current line-up and coffee offerings.
How long does the coffee stay hot for?
All our themroses and dispensers are vacuum sealed and will keep your coffee hot for over 12 hours.
Is there a weekly minimum delivery for your subscription packages?
In order to get the subscription package rates you do have to subscribe at least 3 days a week. We are more than happy to deliver to you 1 or 2 days a week at our single order rates.
Is there a minimum number of people required to sign up for your Personal Subscription Packages?
There is no minimum order for our Personal Subscriptions Packages but the more people that subscribe the cheaper it becomes. We are more than happy to deliver a single cup but the cost will be a little higher. Please feel free to contact us with what you need and we will happily get back to you with a price.
I don’t see the amount I need on your website, are you able to offer what I need?
Absolutely. We are able to brew anywhere from 1 to 2000 cups. If you don’t see the quantity you need on our menus just contact us with what you need and we'll get back to you with a price.
How do I pay?
We will email you an invoice after the order has been completed and picked up. From the email you are able to pay with credit card or paypal, but E Transfers to email@example.com and cash are also great.
Our subscription billing dates are the 1st and 15th of each month. Depending on which period you fall in you will be invoiced the first monday after your billing date for each delivery made within your billing period. If you have a preferred billing date or frequency just let us know. We are flexible and are more than happy to accommodate whatever you need.
Are you part of a bigger company or franchise?
No. It’s just me! This is a very small and very local business.
Can I pick up the order myself?
Absolutely. Let us know that you want to pick it up yourself when you place your order and we will reach out to you and make arrangements.
What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?
We are taking extra measures and have added multiple steps throughout our brewing and delivery process to ensure everything is completely clean and sanitized. We are also putting a hold on our reusable ceramic cups, sugar, and spoon services. For our dressing packages we now offer single use compostable cups, stir sticks and sugar packets. The safety and comfort of our customers is of the utmost importance and priority.
