Can I request my order to be delivered quicker?
Yes of course!
Can I ask you to make a custom piece of jewellery for me?
Yes I love making bespoke pieces for people and making your ideas become a reality! If you message me with your ideas I can draw up some designs for you and provide you with a price to make your specific piece.
Can I return a personalised item?
Unfortunately for all my bespoke and made to order jewellery I can only offer a refund in the unlikely event of your jewellery arriving faulty or damaged. When I am making a bespoke piece you will be completely involved and a photo will be sent to you to make sure you are happy before the item is posted to you to ensure you are 100% happy with your item.
How should I care for my jewellery?
My jewellery is made to be worn everyday but please maintain the condition of your jewellery by removing when bathing, swimming or undertaking manual or domestic work. I am happy to offer repairs if anything happens to the jewellery you have purchased from me within the first year.
How do I measure my wrist?
The easiest way to get your ideal bangle size is to either measure the diameter of an old bangle or to do the following.
Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your ready made piece of jewellery you have seven days in which to return it to me for store credit. If it has arrived damaged or faulty you have seven days in which to contact me to arrange a refund/replacement, please keep hold of all packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. The delivery charge on the original order is non refundable, only in the case of a faulty item.
